1. Een ieder heeft recht op vrijheid en veiligheid van zijn persoon. Niemand mag zijn vrijheid worden ontnomen, behalve in de navolgende gevallen.
Art. 30 is bedoeld om iedereen te beschermen tegen de vernietiging van mensenrechten uit de Universele Verklaring van de Rechten van de Mens (UVRM). Tegelijkertijd mogen we zelf de vrijheden uit de UVRM ook niet gebruiken om de rechten van anderen te vernietigen.
Wat er jaren zicht afgespeeld maar geen oplossing voor het volk.
Art. 26
In de Wet publieke gezondheid staat dat instellingen in bepaalde gevallen infectieziekten bij de GGD moeten melden. Is verder bedoeld voor instellingen waar groepen mensen wonen of dagdelen verblijven, die kwetsbaar zijn voor infectieziekten.
